The US operations are based out of Austin, Texas. From here we serve our clients in the North America, South America, and Europe.  Our clients range from small and medium businesses to fortune 500 corporations, with multi national presence. While most of our work is conducted at the client's site, we do maintain a training facility in the Austin area.

In addition to instructor based workshops / training we also undertake web based training and testing assignments.  Having a completely integrated multi-media lab enables us to provide quick turn around at very reasonable cost.

Examples of assignments / projects completed by our principals:

1. Certification of Sales Personnel for major medical implants manufacturer
   
2. Started and Managed small business offering business services to major fortune 500 clients and small and medium scale businesses.  Produced excellent business results - Gross Operating Margins of over 55%, and productivity improvement exceeding 12%/year over 7 years
   
3. Currently (2004-2005) involved with a startup with plan of making it a Six Sigma from the begining
   
4. Key role in setup and launch of Six Sigma initiative for one of the largest computer manufacturers
   
5. Convert a traditional short run operation to Lean Enterprise for major producer of semi conductor process equipment
   
6. Complete design, development, and delivery of Design For Excellence for major producer of semi conductor process equipment
   
7. Elimination of rejects due to errors in measurement systems, and lack of engineering drawing skills
   
8. New technology commercialization based on first ever bonding of Titanium and Cobalt Chrome
   
9. Introduction of Oxygenless packaging to prevent oxidation of Polyethlyene components in medical implants - resulting in significant improvement in wear characteristics of implants
   
10. Major contribution to development of baking process for world leading snack foods manufacturer, replacing traditional frying processes
    
11. Eliminated rework on Titanium based medical implants saving company over $220,000 / year
    

12. Researched methods for float zoning of Silicon, developed equipment for the same, and established feasibility at ground level before experiments in space
