Project Management - I
Description:
This fast paced workshop introduces the concepts of Project Management and prepares the participant to quickly start, and manage Projects. A hands on approach is used to facilitate learning of the elements of Project, and how to use Microsoft Project, or Visio as required. This methodology ensures you can have a running start and avoid the many pitfalls that a beginner may run into. Differences between a Process, Program, and Project are also discussed at length, illustrating which is suitable under what conditions. This class is a pre-requisite for Project Management II.
