This workshop fills an important gap in the arsenal of the lean organization. Many companies adopt Lean oriented practices, but fail to adequately train their managers on what it takes to run the operation in a well orchestrated manner on a daily basis. Several topics are covered as a part of the two day workshop, and it is assumed the participants are already familiar with the setup of lean lines / operations. Emphasis is placed on line capacity, financial transactions, and personnel aspects.
