Lean Manufacturing System Introduction

This workshop is aimed at those who have not yet had an exposure to what Lean Manufacturing Systems are really about. Using practical examples and exercises the concepts of Lean Manufacturing are introduced via a experiential learning approach, rather than a lecture / seminar on the topic. Gain insight into what constitutes Lean and what doesn’t, and how to recognize what types of operations need to be lean.
