This workshop enables participants to get more effective in their daily work processes using simple methodologies that have been tried and tested at Toyota. Learn to get better organized and improve efficiency using simple steps that are implemented quickly and are relatively inexpensive. Learn a structured approach to implementing the 5Ss.
