Anatomy of Change
Description:
When was the last time you thought "Oh no, another new thing I have to deal with"?. Change is something we are experiencing at an ever increasing pace today. More importantly, we continuously feel challenged to cope with it, and succeed despite or because of it.This interactive workshop is designed to help participants understand why change happens, what we can do about it, the phases we go through in the process of dealing with change, and role of different characters involved in the change process. It prepares the participants for embracing change by letting them experience it in a supportive class room environment first.
