Cash Flow Management for Small Business

Description:

You can have great customers, employees, fabulous buildings and assets, but if you cannot manage cash flow – all of this will be in vain. Learn why at tax time, many business managers / owners run to their accountants, asking them to do something about the tax bill, or run to their loan officer when some checks have been returned for insufficient funds. As if they are magicians with a wand, waving which will make these troubles go away. In most cases the problem is poor cash flow management. Quite often the business owner / manager may not know how to; or there are times when they may not have functional tools to do this. Now, with this one - day intensive workshop, you can get both. In teams you will first run business operations in a traditional approach, experience the pain and troubles first hand. Then understand the methodology, create forecasts, and actively manage cash flow, learning how you can turn impending disasters into successful operations!
