General Description:
This work shop is oriented towards the new Supervisor / Manager regardless of function; thus it applies equally well to Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and other such transactional areas, as it does to the engineering functions such as Manufacturing, Design, etc. Delivered at a fast pace, it introduces simple analytical tools that most managers will find invaluable in their daily operations and decision making responsibilities. Extensive practice of the tools, individually and in an integrated approach prepares the participants to apply the same quickly and with powerful results.
