Our Mumbai representative is Mr. Dhaval Joshi, and New Delhi representative is Prof. Kailash Anand Rai Chowdhary, founder of the company, had his early education in India, where he earned his degrees in Mechanical Eng., and Production Eng., followed by coursework in MBA.  After working for some time in India, he proceeded to the US in 1981 to pursue higher studies in Materials Science.  There he got his MS from Arizona State University.  He holds certifications in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean.  Rai is active on the International ISO 9000 Conference Committee, and is also on the TAG team ISO TC 223 - for Societal Risk Management. He is a reputed speaker (ranked in the top 10% by participants) and conducts seminars / workshops all over the world.  Rai is finishing up a book on The 10 Mistakes of Risk Management - his plan is to publish it by January 2007. For the benefit of our customers we opened a training center in Round Rock, Texas.  At this location we can accommodate 15 to 40 participants for workshops and seminars.  Set in a quiet neighborhood it offers a great learning atmosphere, with a nice pond and park nearby.
